Hilton Mystic

I always expect a nice hotel when it's a Hilton but the Mystic Hilton is so family friendly and was perfectly situated for our planned activities. Minutes from the Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village. luxury movie theater, and historic/tourist attractions we were able to make ourselves at home without having to spend time "learning the area". The hotel offered free family friendly move nights at the pool, complimentary toys in a treasure chest, and the kindest staff that made my daughter feel like a VIP. Would 100% stay here again.

The room was good. I had booked a room with the jacuzzi but when we checked in, it was not available. They took some money off the price and gave a voucher for breakfast. Pillows are too soft. The breakfast was good. The staff was very busy. They could have used one more person to help out. The location was great. In walking distance to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village.

The location is very convenient to attractions I wanted to see. Very close to downtown. Staff was very friendly. Love the atmosphere of the outdoor dining area.

Plenty parking, spacious rooms and halls, very nice outside patio seating area..

The staff was super friendly. We loved the pool and gym. The location can't be beat - we can walk to the Mystic Village and Aquarium directly across the street and it's just a short drive to the Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic shops and dining. Easy access to the highway.
